Your health is important, and we offer special diet foods to our guests. Don't know where to start? Our dietitian can help set up a healthy diet for you. Our dietitian offers special diet counseling and nutrition education. Eat better, feel better.
It's never too late to a better you. Reduce the risk of high blood pressure, strokes, and more by simply eating better.
We have many vehicles to help you get from one place to another. We offer transportation services to pick you up and drop you off at the end of the day.

We observe, evaluate, and assess all of our guests to ensure they are healthy and improving. We check for health improvements to make sure that positive results are being obtained. We have licensed and certified people caring for you.
We also assist with medication. We help you understand what you are taking, and we help you stay on top of it. Never miss taking medicine ever again.
Filling out form after form can be tedious, frustrating, and stressful. We offer assistance in filling out applications, getting information, and referring services. Don't speak English? No problem, our staff is bilingual and can help you fill out forms in English or Spanish.
It's good to get away from time to time that's why we provide all of our guests with community field trips. Explore the city we live in, and learn something new.
We also provide special events like dances, bingos, loterias, and more! We even celebrate your birthday, and all of it happens right here at Alpine Adult Day Care.
